We currently offer shipping services across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We deliver to all major cities and areas including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard delivery charges are AED 0 (Free Delivery) for all orders across the UAE. Delivery charges will be added to your order total at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Order processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
4. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days from order confirmation
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- High order volume during peak seasons
- Weather conditions
- Unforeseen logistics challenges
- Public holidays
We will keep you informed if there are any delays with your delivery.
5. Delivery Options
We currently offer standard delivery service at no cost. Express or same-day delivery options are not available at this time.
6. Order Tracking
You can track your order status in two ways:
Option 1: Log in to your account, click on the profile icon, and view your order status and tracking information.
Option 2: If tracking information is not available in your profile, please contact our customer support team, and we will provide you with the latest updates on your order.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is out for delivery, you will be notified via:
- SMS to your registered mobile number
- Phone call from our delivery partner
Please ensure your contact information is accurate to receive timely updates.
8. Delivery Process
Our delivery partner will contact you to confirm the delivery address and schedule a convenient delivery time. Payment (Cash on Delivery) will be collected at the time of delivery.
9. Delivery Availability
If you are not available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange an alternative solution. You may choose to:
- Reschedule the delivery for another time
- Authorize someone else to receive the order on your behalf (neighbor, friend, family member, building security, etc.)
- Provide alternative delivery instructions
Please communicate your preference directly with the delivery partner when they contact you.
10. Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. This should include:
- Full name of the recipient
- Complete street address
- Building/villa number
- Area/neighborhood
- City and Emirate
- Landmark (if applicable)
- Contact phone number
Accurate address information helps ensure smooth and timely delivery.
11. Product Packaging
All products are carefully packed using secure packaging materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our packaging includes:
- Protective materials to prevent damage during transit
